Dr. Iorg once again does an outstanding job of communicating critical thought in the arena of church leadership. I only wish I he'd have written it forty years ago. It would have helped prevent many pitfalls during my ministry.

Great book!

The information in this book has opened my eyes to many unseen snares of change. The biggest take-a-way for me is to remember to always include God in the very beginning of all change.
