Could be decent but can't get past audio quality-

What disappointed you about Lean and Lean Leadership: Module 1 Complete with Sections 1-7?

The audio quality was horrible, it really sounded like it was recorded by speakerphone. I tried to get past the quality but couldn't and the value of the content was lost.
When they said it's "recorded live" they aren't lying and in this case, it's a significant negative factor.

How could the performance have been better?

Use decent recording tools! Even a basic microphone would have made a world of difference.
