Phrase in English, then French at normal speed, 3 repetitions SLOW SPEED, 2 repetitions normal speed. We have found this to be the best format to learn. The same 101 dialogues are then repeated at slow and fast speeds with a longer pause so the listener gets a chance to repeat them more. Contains text in 2 formats: paragraph and flashcard. Short pause= track 1-12 Long pause= track 13-23
