It’s super easy to digest as you drive to work or work out at the gym. I especially appreciated the sections on communications and team building. As a retired director and manager of scores of professionals of all levels, I highly recommend this informative and practical example based guide for improving effectiveness in the work place.

The information in this book is very pertinent. I found myself reliving my career’s worth of managers and management experience—connecting the dots to all of the lessons in the book. I especially like how the book is organized; a chapter per lesson. It makes it really easy to synthesize the information and commit the lessons to practice. This organization also makes it easy to go back to specific parts of the book for a re-listen. I really connected with all the stories in the book which were entertaining and illustrative of the key points. A must read for anyone who leads!
