This book is a wild ride of unexpectants, but the narration of each character is entertaining.

The Eighties Return!

The cover of this book should give you an idea of what's in store. If you are fan of the 1980's, mullets and leisure suits, you will probably enjoy this one. Although it is a sequel to the first book, Lethal Dangerousness, it's not necessary to read that one first. (But it would be more enjoyable since this book has many of the same characters).

A mild-mannered librarian stumbles upon an ancient artifact and now the whole city of Houston is in danger. Enter foul-mouthed former police officer Dallas Stone! With his bad mullet, Miami-vice like suits and penchant for strippers, Stone is the perfect anti-hero! The book is full of lots of action involving mythological characters, a demonic entity taking over the citizens of Houston and a great cast of characters that form the Lethal Force to save the day!

Part comic book, part action movie and great fun, you will enjoy this one. But, be warned that it is full of politically incorrect humor and profanity (but that's part of the fun, right?). The narrator does a great job with the audiobook and added a lot to my enjoyment of the book.

Awesome Characters

If you like action, tough and hard, this is a book for you. This is the second of his books of which I’ve listened. They are filled with humor and usually a lot of gore. The narration is excellent, bringing the characters to life and capturing the tone of the book. Very entertaining.

Interesting and Unique Book

I loved most of the stories from this fun, exciting, and unique book. I loved the twist that came up that kept you guessing. I would highly recommend this book to anyone 18 and over as it does contain adult subject matter. I received this book for free upon my request. I am voluntarily leaving this review here of my own volition.

Hard riding cop

To be honest I liked the Christmas one better, but I was happy that they brought characters from that book.
