Main Character is horrible.

Somehow I managed to make it through books 1 and 2….. honestly this statement alone speaks volumes so I’ll leave it here.

The mc is outrageously frustrating…. The concept of the story is unique and very cool….

so far I'm enjoying the story..

though how inconsistently ignorant he has made the mc makes wish I could meet the author and punch him in the face...

started out pretty good but turned into a detective drama

kinda more mystery/detective feel in books 3-4 witch kinda looses me but I'm powering threw the thing but I was expecting more character development less Sherlock Holmes kid being nosey I want to like it the writings good but plots all over the place to much mystery not enough development maybe meant to keep the listeners engaged but could have had some mysterys lead to plot progress witch could keep you engaged but this is kinda this and this and some of this without progressive conclusion in the story hopefully this changes in book 5

I would give this book about 3.5 stars. I don't give out 5 star reviews unless the book is AWESOME.
This book is mediocre. it's not terrible, but not great either. it's 80+ hours and I am NOT buying the next one.
