Helpful but somewhat repetitive

The book has solid insights on spotting lies and manipulation, but parts felt a bit repetitive. As a high school teacher, I appreciated the clear examples, though I hoped for more practical, ready-to-use strategies.

Some helpful points, but the delivery felt repetitive and hard to connect with. I expected clearer guidance and more depth. The narration was fine, but overall the book didn’t hold my attention or offer much beyond basics.

I never knew they were so many type of liars, the list if a lot bigger than i expect and they all have their own characteristic and game they aer trying to play to trick you. The author should fix the audio as it keeps skipping or repeating in some section, i had to check if it was my phone that was acting up but after checking many time the audio is corrupt so not a good look.
