I own many of these Solfeggio Subliminals narrated by Kev Thompson. I use them nightly to recharge after a long day and focus on my purpose. I love the format. The meditations have a choice of different music or drumming, in particular number 5 is a drumming meditation that I find very relaxing. There are also clear explanations on chakras and energy work. Thompson's voice is strong and clear, but calming. I KNOW this is helping me achieve, thank you so much!!
