Life of a Single Mom Cabbie

Being a cabbie can be dangerous, especially if you are a woman. This story takes place in Pittsburgh around the 70s, back when seat belts weren't even thought of, and a GPS was something out of science fiction!

Jenny had learned to rely on herself for years. After leaving her ex for the fourth time, she and her son, Brandon, finally made it to an apartment in the suburbs of Pittsburgh.

Having no car, her neighbor told her about a cab company, and if she makes a run, she can bring her cab home. She learned with her son in tow, to do her errands in between her runs.

People are all different. Some are nice, and some are not. Some are downright dangerous. And others will win your heart! Jenny had learned to read people at a very young age. Her survival skills were top notch!

Finding the love of her life was purely unexpected. After such an abusive marriage, she didn't think she could ever trust a man again, but Dave showed her that good people do exist and that she could trust him.

But will Dave stick around once he sees all the baggage that comes with Jenny? Is HE strong enough to stay by her side?
