Fantastic Start of the Series!

I found myself enjoying this book from start to finish and always wanting to know what's going to happen next. The different perspectives were well written and never felt forced at all. The chapters with Gus were always my favorite and I can't wait to learn more about him. Excited for the next book!

Loved the story. It kept me on the edge of seat!

I’m not a big sci-fi fan but this was really good and weirdly plausible. Going to download the next book as soon as it comes out!!

Two for one: Outstanding writing/story and outstanding narrator

A great book that should be a movie too! A sci-fi thriller that connects with your heart and mind. I loved that this story took place in my old home town. Some things never change. Two for one: Outstanding writing and outstanding narrator.

Thought provoking and very entertaining.

This was a great book. I’m pretty fussy about my narrators and I actually enjoyed this narrator a lot. There is a lot going on in a good way. Characters finding themselves in moral decisions based on there own needs. Great character development and I can’t wait for book 2. I also love supporting women writers in this genre if they are good, and she is good.
