Entertaining

I really enjoyed this story! This was a great continuation of the series. It keeps you guessing with the twists and turns of back alley deals with the dirty politicians as Gia and Logan are running a clean race. They are dealing with terrorists as well as the dirty politicians that want to take Gia out in order to win the race that she is quickly taking by storm. Gia knows politics as she was raised with a politician father so she is pretty comfortable dealing with all of that, though this is the first time that she is in the spotlight. What she isn't comfortable with and has a ton of insecurities about is Logan and their relationship together. It doesn't help at all that the other side is going low, real low in how they are attacking Gia and trying to attempting to win the election. For them, it's not based on issues at all but all personal against Gia and trying to slut shame her. I really enjoyed reading this story with the twists and turns that keep you engaged with the story and wanting more. I am very excited to get the next book in the series to figure out exactly how everything is going to work out.
This is narrated by virtual voice and it wasn't too bad. It didn't sound overly robotic and is from a male voice the entire time. It doesn't have the actions/emotions and accents comet through but wasn't robotic so wasn't too bad. It did mispronounce things at times, names being one of them, most especially Gia. It was interesting because there were times it was pronounced correctly and others, not and it took me a little to figure out that it was her name.
