Well developed, captivating, expertly read, and immersive in detail and feel. I highly recommend all of SJA Turney's books! Further, the narration is absolutely top notch.

At the very top of Roman historical fiction

Really enjoy the series, fantastic narration. Plenty of twists in the story but again - its the superb narration that makes it come alive. Highly recommended for any historical (semi) fiction fans. Be well and prosper 🖖
