FNH Audio presents an unabridged reading of H. Beam Piper's classic and much-loved science fiction novel Little Fuzzy.

Jack Holloway lives a solitary life in a wilderness of the planet Zarathustra. When a strange intelligent animal walks into his life from out of the forest everything is set to change.

The animal that he names 'Little Fuzzy' seems sapient and that threatens the charter of the company that owns the planet. With the company profits threatened, there's a lot riding on the sapience/non-sapience of Little Fuzzy and his fellows. Jack realises that both his life and that of Little Fuzzy are in danger.

I like my sci-fi as more speculative fiction. I Loved the concept and execution of this story.

Novel idea that worked.

A fun listen. Clean, and void of mindless violence, sex and filthy language. A good plot twist, or two.

You can just relax and enjoy this one

I think this book should be a requirement in school.

I'm an avid science fiction reader and not sure how I missed this one. it should definitely be considered with all the other pinnacles of science fiction.

Fantastic

I love both the authors way of portraying the characters and how he slowly reveals the plot without leaving you guessing. Mr. Herriot's voice is pleasant and animated without overacting. The pace and variety of inflection were kept us engaged.

Wonderful story and good reading style.

I did buy this book after i did listen to John Scalzi's fuzzy nation, where he states that it was a re write of this book. Because i did love that one i thought i had to listen to the original so i could compare them. They are different enough to be 2 different books with alot of similarities.

I was not a fan of the narration of this version, the story itself was ok but i had higher expectations

Was ok
