The Family Heirloom
Betsy and Lucas Hastings have been married for just a year. For the first time, they have the opportunity to spend some time alone at her family’s Georgia lakeside cabin.

But in gratitude for having use of the cabin, they decide to tend to the extensive flower garden her increasingly busy parents have not been able to take care of lately. The work finally finished, they head for the bedroom to begin to enjoy the rest of their secluded time.

But when Betsy opens a closet door, she finds that a special little family “heirloom” is hanging on the inside of the door: a small board that was used to keep discipline in the family. While her brothers had it used on them, she never did. Nonetheless, she has long harbored fantasies about a handsome man giving her a paddling with it.
A man like her husband Lucas.

It’s Been A While
Kimberly Kyle and Marshall Edwards are having their first date. But is not the first time they have ever met, although they had not seen each other for five years before reconnecting at a regional public school educational symposium.
But a spark is lit, and after several dates, they finally discuss something that happened when he was a faculty member at the high school where Kimberly was in 18-year-old senior. That was when he had to give her a paddling for a significant school prank.
The conversation about the incident provokes some surprising feelings between them. And when they go back to her apartment to talk about it some more over some wine, they decide to do something about it.

Sibling Rivalry
Franklin Meadows and his wife Laura, both 55, are in the Maine wilderness enjoying their remote cabin, when he receives an unsettling phone call from their daughter. It seems that Laura has once again insulted her older sister.
The last time such a thing happened, she agreed to his recommended remedy of her behavior upon the next such occurrence. But she has forgotten about her pledge, until he appears standing next to her holding her wooden hairbrush.

Getting It Over With
Hannah Fleming is 18 years old, now with the Texas ranch house to herself for two weeks while her parents are away visiting family. The evening after her parents leave, her 20-year-old boyfriend Jeff Malone gets a phone call from her, asking that he come over to spend some time with her.
She confesses that she got in some major trouble at school that day, and ended up getting a paddling. Some lengthy conversation ensues, as they discuss that Hannah knows that had her parents been home that day, she would have ended up across her father’s knees for an extensive spanking.
Her parents are gone, however. But Jeff is present.
