Living Under An Open Heaven

The term "Open heaven" refers to a time when God's presence is poured out over an individual, a church, a city, or a nation. These times of "open heaven" are characterized by revival, outpouring blessings, and manifestations of God's glory and power. Miracles, healings, wealth, and other blessings are experienced by those who are affected by this open heaven. It is a season of blessing when revelation is bountiful through God's apostles and prophets. God’s people experience visitations from angels, God’s presence dwells among us, and the church receives a flood of wealth and financial resources. Isaiah 64:1 is a key passage: “Oh, that you would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains would tremble before you!” Open heavens are spiritual portals. When the heavens open, God becomes reality, manifest, and evident. When we begin to do on earth what is done in heaven, heaven respond and change our earthly reality. Heaven is the model, the blueprint, and the pattern. As we bring heaven to earth, everything about our world will change.
