Lonely No More

Being alone and being lonely are two different things. Ivy has watched her brothers find everlasting love. To stave off the loneliness, Ivy tries out new things and when something happens to her one night, Marco is the one who helps her. Marco's her brother Cooper's best friend so he's always been off limits. But there's so much chemistry and attraction between them. Being around Marco keeps those feelings of loneliness away. They get along well, they share their deepest secrets, they keep it real while keeping their relationship a secret. When Cooper finds out, it becomes a true test of putting your money where your mouth is. This is when we find out if Marco was being true to Ivy or just finessing her with words. Kit Swann and CJ Mission did an amazing job narrating this story. Ivy and Marco came to life. I heard the emotions and the nuances in the narrators' voices that made the story that much more enjoyable.

Marco & Ivy are my new favorite Westwoods couple!

CJ Mission and Kit Swan were incredible as Marco and Ivy. Their's was an emotional, heartwarming story and the narrators did a fantastic job articulating the emotions and agony that both Ivy and Marco were experiencing after the attack. Marco is best friends with Ivy's brother, Cooper so they've been in eachothers lives for many years. Although Marco and Ivy never saw the other as more than friends, when they did open their eyes to what was right in front of them, their love blossomed immediately and unfolded so organically.

Marco was pure golden retriever the way he took care of Ivy and protected and cared for her. She would not have healed the way she did if not for his love and support. What a difference a year made for this destined couple, but it didn't come across as fast or rushed because they already knew each other so deeply. They may have become a couple after a tragic experience, but what's meant to be will be and it turns out Ivy's lonely heart was waiting for Marco all along. Their burn was slow but it was perfect for them, and when it heated up it was an inferno. They are hands down my new favorite Westwoods couple.

Emotional brothers best friend romance

Ivy & Marco stole my heart with their emotional road to love. Ivy’s struggle with loneliness after her brothers find their happily ever after really pulls at your heart strings. The traumatic events she endured were heartbreaking, but ultimately led her right where she needed to be. I love the brothers best friend trope so much and this one was one of the best! Marco’s dedication to helping her through the trauma without being overbearing was so sweet. Sometimes what you’ve been looking for was right in front of you all along! Lonely Heart is officially my favorite Westwoods book.

I love the Westwood Family. In this audiobook we get to see Ivy, I really enjoyed listening to it as i’ve never had a chance to listen with these narrators before, really enjoyed a great day with a good book as I packed up Christmas items. Going to read the book now!

Marco and Ivy

Ivy is lonely after watching her brothers and best friend find love. She tried everything to find a man, but after a year, nada. After a brutal attack, her brother's best friend offers her comfort and help and only after that, do they realize what they've both been searching for was right in front of them. Great story with enjoyable characters and the Westwoods are the best! You want to become one of the family with the way the support and love each other. The sweetest epilogue ever. Excellent narration from from the narrators.
