This book has excellent information, presented clearly and logically. However the “robot” voice makes listening carefully very difficult. The tenor of the voice is fine, but the rate/inflection forces listener to work harder to “translate” the meaning behind the words.

It may be cheaper to use virtual voice, but it ruins the excellence of the message. I wanted to get the information in the book but found myself not wanting to listen because the narration was so annoying
