COMPLETE THE SERIES with three more never-before-published books!

The Lost Galaxy series follows the adventures of a lone lawman, his aging and possibly insane spaceship, and a trio of mercenaries, new recruits, and hardened criminals who are all swept together behind an alien invasion that could wipe out humanity.

Lost Galaxy (Books 4-6) is old-fashioned space opera at its best, perfect for fans of action-packed drama and fun!

Note: The Lost Galaxy series is an homage to thrilling pulp sci-fi of yesteryear. If you're interested in hard science fiction look elsewhere. But if you're looking for action-packed adventures on strange worlds with even stranger aliens, this series is for you!

Included in the box set:

  • The Last Deceit
  • Swept Away
  • On Redemption

Hire real people to narrate the book. The use of virtual voice takes away from a great story.

How bad virtual voice is without emotion.

Well done story. Likeable/relatable cast of characters. After listening to the 1st collection, Lost Galaxy, Books 1-3, I had to continue with the 2nd, Lost Galaxy, Books 4-6, which culminates the story.

Enjoyable sci fi. Misfit group that comes together in the 1st collection, continues to fight together in the 2nd. Plot twists are are brought to a head & Bowman saves the day. Everything gets wrapped and resolved with no loose ends.

Grateful both collections were included in my membership. This series is the third I've read by this author and I'll continue to explore more of his work as I haven't been disappointed yet.

Virtual narrator is actually pretty good. Aside from a few mispronounced words (diner for dinner, for example), I thought "he" was easy to listen to & did a good job. Of course, nothing can beat the likes of, say, RC Bray, who is, IMO, a God in the world of voice actors, but I'd take the Virtual Guy any day over Jeffery Kaffer (sp?) There are a number of authors I'd love to listen to, if only they'd redo their books with the Virtual Guy instead of him (he's that hard to listen to, again, IMO).

Anyway, I've enjoyed everything I've listened to by Daniel Young, including Adventures of the Gunship Marathon & The Stellar Thief, If you liked Lost Galaxy, you'd probably like these too.
Next on my list is War Fleet, the Complete Series, Books 1-5. Best of all, they're included in my Audible Membership, though they are definitely a great deal for a credit.

Kept me on the edge of my seat just waiting to see how the crew were gonna get out of each mess.

Great story!
