I've never been in love. Never wanted to be, either. Love was always for other people. This vampire doesn't seem to get that, though. No surprise, he's only thinking with his little brain, after all. Again and again, he keeps trying to get into my pants. Again and again, I shoot him down. It's almost like a dance, like a game we play. Until he risks his life to save me and things become too damn real.

Until I find myself craving his bite, the feeling of his teeth on my skin. I don't know what to do about these foreign feelings, but I can't ignore them. I don't want to ignore them.

Problem is, I've seen him die in my dreams. Now I've got to find a way to change the future, because one thing's for sure: He may be a pain, but he's mine - and I'm not letting go.

If only the series could go on forever...

I loved this one even more than I thought I would - I was pretty sure I'd love this book, mind you, because I loved the preceding books, but it was great to continue to love every book. Aldrich and Remy have more depth than I expected, for one thing, Aldrich in particular. I loved them both. I'm probably using the word love to much. Sorry, not sorry.
The narration was stellar as well.
The only negative is that it is the last book and although I binged through because I wanted to know how it would all turn out, well, it's over now and I have to move on with my life. As ridiculously large as my TBR is, I will totally be re-listening to this series from start to finish.
And if the authors ever decide to create a book or series set in this same world, even happening years after, that's okay with me.

Great ending

This was the final book in the series and I think they really tied up all the lose ends! The series was so enjoyable, if not a little confusing at times. With a thick plot and hot bedroom scenes this book did not disappoint.

There is not baby born form the MC in this book. I know that’s a deal breaker for some but it was still a good read!

simply wonderful

you will definitely like this book I have first I was freaked out about it how there was so much going on that it didn't come to a head then when All Is Lost I was freaking out I didn't want anyone to die I didn't want to get hurt it was so much of a problem but I love the ending it's so wonderful and I'm so glad I kept reading this series I know it's a little hard at some times but I think you will be very satisfied at the end I hope this helps

this is a great read. ( the whole series)

Awesome series. loved every book. Though this last book brought on a few questions like : will there be another book for this family? will there be more children in store? is Valad really gone?
The whole series pulls you in and never lets go, the last book doubly so as it gets tense for a small while and than lets lose on ya as it all comes together. great read

enjoyable

this series was fun and cute. Its good for someone that likes a little dark with a good out come. You get to know each character and how they are and how thier each fighting internal wars.
