Would like the story longer to develop relationship more

I like the way this author writes, and I like that the characters seem to make wise decision and the problem that develops later in the story isn’t one that stupidly breaks them up. However I would like it if the author could expand the number of pages in order to develop the characters’ relationships

I absolutely love this series. It gives you all the right feels. I can’t wait for the next one to come out.

I knew Travis was in for it when the last book ended. What I didn’t expect was him to be stupid in the first few chapters. Of course he lost her number but like come on Travis… You are a Maxwell. If he had put his mind to it he could have found her sooner. Just saying. I adored the way his family took Bonnie in right away while giving Travis crap at the same time. Yes, I say it all the time, but I love the way Layla Hagen writes her family relationships. It always leaves me with a warm feeling.

Worth a listen

While I’ve enjoyed the series none are 5 stars worthy. IMO the best part of the story is the relationship of the Maxwell siblings and cousins. Didn’t like the old fashioned name they gave the baby. This author is new to me so I have to research to find if there are Sam, Reces, and Kimberly stories around somewhere. I think the books should be read in order.
