Captivating Truths!

This book gives some great insight on self-love, forgiveness and how to be gentle with ourselves. While listening to this book I will admit that I was listening from a place of guilt, shame, hurt, and betrayal. But it helped me to take a look at myself and see what pain I was inflicting on myself. It cause me to dig deep and look at all of my relationships and how they were nothing but self reflection of either love or fear.
