This book cleared my head and gave me a starting point for my own healing. It's easy to understand and is incredibly helpful. I felt so lost before.... now, I understand my part in dealing with my partner's addiction and my own issues with enabling him. If there's no change, then there's no change. Everyone who loves an addict (or anyone suffering from enabling or codependency) and feels lost...you need this book. It's time to heal yourself.
