“MY SECOND LETTER TO YOU:” A Mentoring Journey of Impact and Influence, is an appeal to all mentees, mentor and coaches of this Generation of LIGHT. Jasmine’s letter is pointed and deliberate. Jasmine’s second letter draws from her several years of mentoring and coaching girls in four African nations. Jasmine shares passionately about the dimensions of mentoring that matters in her second letter.

“Mentoring for a purpose, mentoring with impact and mentoring for influence” is at the core of her second letter to mentees and mentors. With the rise of digital mentoring platforms and the need for face-to-face interaction and engagement with mentees, Jasmine takes the reader to the “heart of what " REAL” mentoring is all about. She engages mentees and mentors using the forces and application of wisdom, good judgement, skill, mindset recharge and mindfulness about the present to bring to light the strategies and practical dos and don’ts of mentoring.

Her second letter is a one of urgency to mentors, to prepare mentees for the rapid change of global events that are upon us. Jasmine speaks from her heart of mentoring simply, deeply, but purposefully. She bases her premises of leadership lessons from Kingdom Strategies of Advantage in Mentoring.

As the end of her letter she says to all mentees, mentors and coaches; “There is really no time for fooling around, or wastage, neither is there time for bragging or for ownership rights about mentoring models and approaches. There is time, just a little and sufficient she says; “to influence, impact, and deploy the next generation to take it further. Time is of the essence. The time is short. Let’s get our hands active, dirty and work for ALL mentees. We owe them excellence, dignity, honor and a platform and leap ahead.
