I was spellbound by this book from the first chapter to the last chapter. I love the edginess to the plot through various countries. This the best work of this author. This book is highly recommended

Horrible narrator!

It was really hard listening to this with this narrator. I will check other books before purchasing more by this author.

good read

I loved it. the story line was a good one. How 2 people from different cultures and backgrounds can come together and find lasting love despite all the trials and tribulations that she faced from his mafia family and life.

narrator was blah....

every scene - love scenes, fight scenes, death scenes and terrifying moments - were all read with the same monotone expression. I ruined the book for me.

the narrator was unbearable

reading for an audience is a performance. she lacked everything to make this an enjoyable experience. I am never listening to anything by her. storyline wasn't so bad tho.
