Mostly annoying

I really wanted to like this book. However, the main female character is supposed to be an investigator. She comes off as a close minded, novice who has no clue how to think. It was hard to finish this book because her character was so annoying. She missed all of the obvious clues due to allowing pre-conceived notions to blind her.
