4.5 Stars! Narrator was phenomenal!!

This book hooked me from chapter 1! I loved the character development the plot the storyline everything about it! Loved Kat & Dash! Luna had me laughing too! The investigation was intense and edge of your seat suspense! The narrator was phenomenal!! Well done! Definitely finishing the series!!

Not a strong female character

Kat is constantly letting men take crap to her & wont stand up for herself. The sheriff reminds me of a jock that peaked in high school. And sometimes they repeat the same thing 5 times in a different way

Main Characters behaved like 12 year olds.

I really wanted to like this book, but the main characters behaved like 12 year olds, and the book dragged on and was hard to finish.

I love the bonds and friendship in the book. The action parts are so detailed I can visualize what is going on.

the whole book was amazing kept me on my feet to what would happen next! loved it so much. Definitely recommending to everyone! The narrator captured every voice!

A mixed bag

The author did a good job of building suspense and an interesting world. My main issues were the repetitive words, immature behavior of the characters, and the final battle scene could have been better written. Still, the story was good enough for me to finish it. There is a lot of potential with this series.
