Useful and inspiring

I agree with Tess about the goal being to live in harmony with your surroundings even including people lol. I didn’t know about smudge spray which would be useful, though I will still keep the smoke for more thorough times. I’ve read a couple other of her books and they are full of choices with reasons so everyone can personalize their rituals to their unique lives. Thanks.
