Various topics that add value to your journey of motherhood

This book is a quick read with so much good information. As a mom to a 3 year old entrenched in potty training it gave me practical tips, inspiration and confidence to view this stage differently. The tone of the book is uplifting, come alongside you and encourage. No better proof than the beautiful kiddos themselves that these methods works when you fully commit. I like how it was not watered down when discussing the importance of taking care of yourself because I can speak from experience I learned this the hard way in motherhood when I had a preemie at 26 weeks. All in all this book is so valuable and helps every mama new and seasoned have the confidence to pursue motherhood with grit, joy and a positive attitude. Thank you!
