This book won't teach you EVERYTHING you need to know about managerial accounting, but it will make the basics a LOT easier! Overall a good introduction to managerial accounting if you do not have experience in the topic.

This book provides an in depth view of the tools that are used for doing so and the use of cost accounting information for making decisions. It is amazing how simple the explanations are.

This is a long listening book but I don’t really much care as it is effective and substantial. Any reader can easily relate to this book even without prior knowledge because of the simplicity and the flow of the discussion is well-organized.
