So many things I need to listen again

Although some of these ideas and statements do not apply to all markets, it is great to see how others do things. Great read, and I will read each section in triplicate.

Treat people with respect and support growth in a diverse workplace. Let talent rise to the top and they will accept any challenge. this book gave me the confidence to set aside my old school habits and improve my skills.

Very generic
