Excellent Career Counseling Resource

While offering a solid foundation in type theory, its greatest value lies in the practical application of MBTI within the job market. By understanding how their type thrives in the workplace and effectively communicating their strengths during interviews and on resumes, individuals entering the workforce gain a significant advantage. The book helps readers achieve this without explicitly stating their MBTI type. Additionally, Arrigo provides valuable insights into both the positive and negative applications of type systems in the workspace. It is a great resource for students of all ages, but would could serve as supplemental reading for any high school or college career counseling session. As an educator, I would highly recommend it.

Simple and accurate descriptions

I especially enjoyed the author's description of the cognitive functions and discussion on using the MBTI in the professional world. This would also be great material for training about type for different knowledge levels.
