Struggled to finish. It got boring in places. I like the narrator very much.

a good personal look at Custer's character

I think it was good but didn't really make a "landing" at the end. Sorta let me down at the end.

Custer was 36 years old when he died

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. But why would you choose a narrator who sounds like he’s 100 years old! He’d have made a better Gabby Hayes than George Armstrong Custer!

Nice personal view of Custer

Very interesting first person perspective of Custers life. It got a but dull and repetitive in some parts, but yiu can really see how full of himself Custer was.
