odd disjointed storyline

I really wanted to like this book, but it was just odd without any humor.

Truly feels like a flawed debut

The premise is interesting, but the writing is unimpressive and the narrator’s tired tone makes it even worse. Skip ahead to the author’s much better other works.

Very Odd

I rated the performance high because the narrator gave a dry and matter of fact reading to this quirky tale of a young man and woman. Honestly, I could not finish the book, however, the concept of different stages of a person's life manifesting as 'relatives' is inventive.
