Tons of money. Tons of fame. Tons of hot sex. Being the drummer in one of the biggest bands in the Miami area comes with all of the privileges you could imagine.

Thing is, I'm the last of a dying breed. All of the other guys in the band slowly, but surely, have found serious girlfriends to settle down with. I've always loved being single, but lately I've been wondering what it would be like to have what they have.

I met this bangin' blonde photographer named Allie at a festival and our chemistry both in and out of the bedroom is incredible. Sex with her is electric and she's changed me in ways that I never thought were possible.

Problem is, our lead singer Alex hasn't trusted her from the start and suspects that she's with me just to bolster her career. He swears that after she uses me, she's gonna leave me high and dry.

I've finally met a girl and I think we have a real chance at something special, but can I trust her? Can I fully let my guard down, or could this beautiful angel break my heart and cause the breakup of my band and all we've ever worked for?

This audiobook is intended for listeners age 18 and over. It contains mature situations and language that may be objectionable to some listeners.

Mark, the male lead, has been feeling restless lately.

He is offered a new gig with Bent Bridges, he agrees, goes to Tampa where a

few camera flashes go off in his face and this is where the story really picks up.

Overall, the story was an Entertaining weekend read.

D. C. Cole did well with the narration.

I listened to all of the Rock Star Romance books The books were evenly paced and the characters had evolved from their previous books just like growing in maturity and responsibility in relationships. Great series

Although this is part of a series, Mark is a standalone. Not having read/listened to any of the other books in the series, I did not feel lost as there was a little background given on the other bandmates. Mark is the drummer for a popular band called Molly Riot and it is finally his turn for love. He meets photographer Allie while standing in for a drummer with another band. His bandmates are suspicious of her, believing that Allie is simply using him to further her career. After a dirty trick that results in a break-up, Mark and Allie eventually find their way back to each other. I enjoyed this audiobook and the narrator's voice sounded very authentic - I could easily believe that he was actually in a rock band. I would recommend this audiobook.

Mark's Turn For Love

This book was quite different than the others. I liked the way we got to see inside Mark's head, and what was going on internally with him from the last book. And, I was pleased by the ending.
What more can one say about DC Cole? He was perfect for this series. Each character portrayed so very unique, great performance. Just everything you'd expect. Sorry to see this series end.

3.5 stars

Really good conclusion to the series. Just as with the rest of series this story was quick, entertaining, engaging and enjoyable. Actually I think this story was my favorite of the series.

Technically, you can listen to this as a stand alone story even though it's book 5 of the series. I would start at the beginning though. It's hard to get the full impact of the dynamics of the band, the situations they have had and the changes they have gone through in just one book.

Steamy scenes, romance, betrayal and a HEA.

Mark has watched all his other bandmates find the woman of their dreams. This time around it's Marks turn to find his woman.

Mark meets Allie at a music festival but due to Allie's career doubt is cast on her motives for being with Mark. Does she really like him or is she just trying to further her career. While things seem to be going fine between the two little things come up now and then to cast doubt on her character and motives. After a betrayal by Alex, Mark distances himself from the band gives up on Allie even though his heart doesn't want too. Will the band be able to survive their differences and can Allie prove to Mark things were not as they appeared.

D.C. Cole once again does a great job with the narration. What a voice. Just how you want your bad boy rocker to sound. Clearly spoken with a nice even pace. Good character voices. As I've said before he needs to be narrating some bad boy biker books….or any type of bad boy book with a voice like that. He was able to bring the characters and story to life. Very enjoyable.
