A bewitching love story

This was a fun romantic, urban, fantasy story! It definitely has some subtle Buffy vibes, no hellmouth, or teenage drama, but something about it just reminded me of the show.
The writing has a nice mix of serious with the humorous and good character building over time.
The blacksmithing details were fun and added a unique touch to the setting and story.

While the book doesn’t end on a cliffhanger, there is still a lot left to explore with the town, the characters, magic, the romance, I’m very much looking forward to book two.

My New Obsession!

If you want a fun adventure filled read, then you have found the right book. The story will draw you in immediately, and the lovable characters fit perfectly in this magical world Sharon Angelici created. I cannot rave about this book enough!

Witchy

A slow burn witchy sapphic romance. The way the story was read made it a bit hard to differentiate between the MCs. The storyline was interesting and I loved their second chance romance. Spice is fade to black.

Good start

I liked this book and it is a good start to this series, I can't wait to listen to the rest of the series. I can't wait to see how the two MC develop more as the series goes along.

Full of Lore and Love

This is a wildly fun and beautifully paced story full of love and uniquely executed lore, magic, and demonology. The world building and character arcs are so carefully constructed and you'll immediately fall in love with this small mountain town and the people drawn to protect it. Sharon Angelici is a brilliant storyteller and I cannot wait to see how this epic trilogy unfolds!
