Not a fan of Virtual voice - Story Excellent!!

I really like the story, and some of the animal realism with the traits of the animals were quite fascinating. I liked the mystery and the lightheartedness of the story. But I am just not a fan of Virtual voice. It seems to be emotional exhausting. It’s difficult to follow and the pauses are not in the right places the inflections are a bit off cadence. I will read the authors books for the series as I really liked their writing.

Very mysterious. Didn’t see the ending coming. Enjoyed the dog interventions. Will be reading more in this series!!!

The overall story was cute but the word “systematically” was used 50 times too many. It was a hard listen and grateful it was a short story.

Audible, Either stop using virtual voice or make it possible to filter it out!

I hate having to take the time to go through unending pages of virtual voice narrations in the plus catalogue to find a few books to read because there is no way to filter them out. It is deceptive to say that there are thousands of books available when most of them are virtual voice narrations. The story would be better as an ebook.
