Detailed story telling coupled by wonderfully engaging narration. Jack London never ceases to to negate vagueness, providing the reader with so much detail you feel as though you're walking through the streets of Oakland, California with Martin Eden.

I've been listening to a lot of George Guidall, Ben Miles and Richard Armitage lately, so the bar's set extremely high, and Edoardo Ballerini performed flawlessly. Very, very enjoyable listen.
