the book is only the beginning

The book is a fantastic introduction to several inspiring people, including the author Scott Miller.....a master mentor in his own right. Be prepared to want to know several of the 30 Master Mentors better

Very informative. I gained more incite in the mentoring process through different examples from other great authors models.

Good compilation

I am baffled from some of the bad reviews I have read regarding this book. As a fan of the On Leadership podcast, I really enjoy this compilation of the interviews I have heard over the years. Scott Miller is a good interviewer who seems to genuinely care about the authors he interviews and the subjects they discuss.

Great content if you can get past the speaker

This book highlights a lot of great qualities of great people but it was hard to get past the awkward pauses of the person reading the book. The speaker inserts pauses after prepositions and articles that I found extremely distracting.
