Seriously long chapter titles that are repeated in the first few sentences before it goes back to explaining how the mythical individual’s character plays into something without explaining how us mere mortals can. This is a book about why you need a diverse team and not a whole lot on how to do anything except to make sure the resumes are as diverse as possible.
It’s more of a political/social guide than a guide on how to build a user interface. I listened to about five hours and kept going back thinking I missed something or maybe he was building up to the actual how to. Unless you need guidance on diversity look for a different book.
Obfuscation through repetition.
