As always, I loved the characters, storyline, and drama. I can't wait to listen to the next book.

French accents and pronunciation is poor

The reader tried hard but they cannot do a reasonable accent and they pronounce the mayor’s name wrong. Should not have even tried the accent, it is not even close to Quebecois French.

The writing has too many characters that get introduced and play tiny or no roles. The author seems to have layered too many characters in over the preceding series and tried to work them all in which makes everything disjointed.

The constant “I heart this or that” and calling characters by their pet nicknames gets annoying fast as well.

Great spin off!!!

I loved the first book in this spin off series from Urban Druid. I thoroughly enjoyed revisiting Fiona’s kind of crazy. I laughed and cried.

These characters are very well written and created. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

My hope is they finished the Urban Druid series in audiobooks. There was so much I had to catch up on.
