It seems obvious that you should define thrombosis before you define deep vein thrombosis. In the first 30 minutes there were many examples of this. There are many times when a specific word is the last word defined in a list of several conditions pertaining to this word. This probably doesn’t matter as much in a physical book used as a reference book. But in an audiobook you can’t easily scan to the word itself to understand it before moving on.
Like a story you need to set the stage with general words defined first and then dive deeper into the many terms and conditions associated with it

I just can't thank the author enough for making this book. It's easier for us medical students to memorize difficult words in the field of medicine. Educational indeed.
