This book is life changing and gives much to reflect on for those on the path toward enlightenment. I can see myself incorporating the teachings given in these chapters throughout my life.

Excellently Written, Packed With Gems

This may well be the best book I have ever come across on the topic.
I recommend it to those who have been on the spiritual path a while and already have a well-established spiritual and meditation routine.
Much of this information will be indigestible too much for those just starting out.
The narrator is great!

A very informative book

This book was a real must read in fact it is a must read again. A whole lot of wisdom for those who wish to reach a new height of consciousness
