Valuable resource, life lessons

Shakti Gawain was tapping into something powerful and real. Her books and workshops changed many lives. (Like Creative Visualization, the only self-help book anyone will ever need.) The SIMPLICITY of her writing and meditations is a vital lesson in itself and we can absorb that lesson among others through this audio. While I wish the “chapters” were labeled and organized more cleanly I consider this audio a bit of a gem. When we allow ourselves to really internalize the intentions and REPEAT the process, the positive results are very apparent and start to show up in different areas of your life. Stay with it :)
