Medley of the Mind

The mind is a many-splendored thing. One’s imagination goes where it wishes. Though we can ignore the images presented, they will still come. Closing the door to them, just means they will knock incessantly seeking entry. Writers tend to be inspired by what they like, and these interests often manifest themselves in tales to be told. Not all stories are novel neither in concept nor in length. Thus, we bring them together to present them in book form. Even as candy has different flavors, so does inspiration vary in its sweetness: from anime adventure to dark comedy; on to monster stories and the very breaking of the fourth wall; and finally to a tale of sweet revenge. Savor the pleasure without the guilt, for we all must indulge every now and then…
