Fun, Summer Listen

This YA small-town, enemies-to-lovers, forbidden romance is the perfect summer read. It has a baseball-loving MMC, a theater-loving FMC, and a family feud that goes back years. As kids, Eliza and Reed were notorious for pulling pranks against each other. Now they are heading into their senior year of high school. Reed is back in town for the summer because their families are competing against each other in a baseball competition, and they are having very different kinds of feelings towards each other. They are both afraid to explore the sparks they feel because of their family rivalry. It was great watching their relationship develop and seeing them solve their own problems. This was such a fun, cozy read. It was a perfect feel-good, summer romance. It's closed door, but has some very steamy kisses. I also love that it based in NC and referenced where I live!
