Mulliner is worth meeting

A terrific selection of stories that are classic Wodehouse. I particularly liked "The Bishop's Move" - found it to be uproariously funny in a quirky kind of way. Jonathan Cecil's voice characterizations are masterful, and highly entertaining. Cecil squeezes every nuance of satire and humor out of the stories - a true artist that helps you understand the genius of the author.

I thoroughly enjoyed these stories; so much that on occasion I have stayed up late into the night in order to finish some of them.

Laughed out Loud

Once I heard that the narrow-minded "woke crowd" were Seeking to ban/censor PG Wodeouse books & related TV programs, I immediately searched the Audible catalog to see what all the fuss was about & to find one of his books before Audible could join the book burning bandwagon as well. Wow, so glad this wonderful author was brought to my attention. Such clever prose. So funny. Surprising plots. The British accent brought the characters to life. Plan to purchase all of his books now. I'm just going to be sad once I've finished binging on all the Wodehouse material.
