Now, while trying to find solace with old friends, she's forced to deal with the strange guests her hotel seems to attract. She soon finds herself thrust into a realm where normal is nothing more than a distant memory, and her guests are anything but ordinary. However, late at night, as darkness settles over the hotel, shadows whisper of a deadly pact. One which is now set in motion—and if Eleanora can't unearth the five lost souls, hers may also be lost.

While unspoken secrets hide within the hotel's walls, Eleanora is plagued by mysterious visions. Can Eleanora unravel the web of secrets she finds herself in? Why do these visions haunt her? And for crying out loud, what's in the basement?
