Mental health today is becoming a big issue. It can manifest itself in a whole array of disorders (outside of clinical disorders), even the thought of mental health problems alienates many from the word go, and their repetitive self thinking often creates more or even ficticious problems which only adds to an already aggravated situation.

However and fortunately so for the vast majority of people their mental health condition is no more than a series of current situations that need rectifying, like sand in an hour glass. It's the bit in the middle that's causing a problem but eventually the sand runs through and all is well.

This audio download goes through a series of common situations that many experience, many of our own making. We owe it to ourselves to stay on top and be fabulous, we can be, no if's or but's we can be crystal clear regardless of what we are going through
