I really appreciated this book and the practical advice it gives to developing mental strength. It doesn't matter if you're mentally fragile now, if you read this book and follow Jacko's advice you can begin your journey to a better, stronger mind. It helps that the book is about an hour long too as I was able to easily digest it. Will listen to it again many times over. Thanks Jacko.

This was a good introduction on ways to increase your mental strength. Some very basic overviews of tips to help yourself become more mentally strong and take control of your life. My one criticism would be that the narration tended to get a bit monotone at times, and I found myself tuning out a bit in those moments, but the book is not very long, so I didn’t lose focus entirely.

Such a good book, use it as a reminder to one's overall outlook. Set goals, set a plan & do it. Doesn't matter if one surpasses the time set to accomplish it. The key is to be consistent & open minded. Learn from every experience & be positive.
