Great Story!!

I found this story to be quite interesting—especially since I enjoy stories featuring mythical gods and goddesses. Hermes is featured in this story and as you listen along, you’ll be captivated by Hermes’ rescue operation and the angst presented by his righteous distrust of Hybris. I found myself rooting for them both as they undertake this dangerous rescue mission. I definitely will be continuing on with this series and can't wait to listen to the next book!! I enjoyed listening to the narrator as he brought this story to life.

Different!

Mercury Rising by Rebekah Lewis and narrated by Ray Lesniewski is the first of The Adventures of Hermes series.
This was both a new author and new narrator for me.
I enjoyed it to the extent that I like stories about the Greek Gods, especially when brought into modern times.
Would I listen to this book again? probably not, but this is my opinion. Definitely worth the first listen through.
Would I recommend this book to others? yes if they are like me and like stories of Greek Gods.

Wonderful Novella

Mercury Rising is absolutely amazing book mixed with fantasy and mythology. The book is well written and narrated. The flow of the storyline goes at a good pace. I received this review copy at my request. I am voluntarily leaving my honest review here.

The writing on this is brilliant

This audiobook is absolutely fabulous. I adore Hermes. He is mischievous and makes his own rules--or rather finds an ingenious work around to the rules imposed on him. This book is brilliant and I can't wait to listen the next part of his story.

The narrator does a good job of bringing Hermes to life. Definitely give this audiobook a try. You might just love it as much as I did.
